Here it is! My first stab at making a music video. I am so grateful to have been able to work with Carmela Antonio – a talented, brave and willing muse. From the art direction to the production to the editing and direction this video is a product of our imagination and hard work. Elena Pacienza did the hair & make-up. And Carmela is a superstar. I am already looking forward to the next video, whatever shape it will take. Thanks for watching. xo
This past May I was introduced to Carmela Antonio in a coffee shop on Ossington by an angel. Carmela’s vibrant energy and enthusiasm had me hooked right off the bat, but then she loaded up a new song she had recorded, strapped her headphones on me, and inspiration struck. I had been looking for a new artist full of potential to try out my hand at directing with, and Carmela’s muse hit me hard. “Pink Dawn” is the track. It is an ethereal rendition of the fragility of unrequited love. It is streaming now exclusively on carmelaantonio.com. Be sure to have a listen. The video will have it’s inaugural screening with a live performance by Carmela on Sept. 15th at Milk Glass Co. The video debut performance will naturally take place amongst the opening of The Goddess Array Pt. 2 art show. Doors are at 6pm. Show is at 10pm. Party until LATE. We have much to celebrate. Please consider this your formal invitation. RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org. xo
I took our featured Northbound models, artist Adam Brooks and cinematographer Natalie Sirianni, deep into the woods for our July shoot. We played with ideas of daydreams and nightmares in the lush foliage of the summer solstice & supermoon. The resulting photo story is of a dark beauty. See the full spread on www.northbound.com.
All clothing available at Northbound Leather.
Make-up by Bronwen Weiderick.
Special thanks to Cabaret Vintage for the jewellery.
The alluring pin-up Bridgette Jean, true to the weather these days, posed as our smoking hot Ms. July. That caption is cheeky, isn’t it! Be sure to pick up your copy of the R-rated version of the calendar available in just a fews short months at KingpinChic.

Model Stephanie Lyons of Orange Model Management posed as our playful muse for the June edition of the Kingpin Chic Pin-Up Calendar. Doesn’t she look like a young Nicole Kidman? She is up in the window of Cabaret Vintage on Queen West now if you’d like a closer look. Be sure to pick up your copy of the R-rated version of the 2014 calendar available this Fall.

Introducing everybody’s new favourite model Dorothy L. posing as Ms. May for the Kingpin Chic 2014 Pin-Up Calendar! Get your copy of the R-rated version of the calendar coming out in October of this year. Great thanks to our stellar creative team Amber Fairlie of The Manor Salon and Bronwen Weiderick on make-up. Check out Ms. May in person up in the window now of Cabaret Vintage on Queen Street West. Photography by Jennifer Toole.
Dorothy called me up a few months back looking for a boudoir shoot. We set the date and made some real photo magic. Dorothy was a natural model and I fell in love with her fierce yet innocent attitude, sharp cheekbones and unreal proportions. I added her to my model roster and Kingpin Chic hired her to pose for their calendar as Ms. May! It is simply the best when that happens. The photo pictured here is an excerpt from the shoot that was too good to be left unseen. So here she is and the real thing is yet to come. Look out for her May 1st. Enjoy!
Shot on location at Cabaret Vintage.
