We have a bumper crop of wild rose hips this year. I’m going to dry the hips before grinding them into powder for tea and other recipes. Wild rose hips are high in vitamin C and proven to increase skin elasticity and improve osteoarthritis pain. Email me if you would like some.

Flowers From My Garden XII: Zinnia
I grow my zinnias from seed, starting them in pots and then transplanting the strong sprouts to various homes throughout the garden. Their show requires a closer look, for they have what could be an entire celestial world within their petals. The hummingbirds are big fans.
